Canceling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time, from your castreon.net account, without contacting us.

Steps

1. Open Billing.
2. Next to the subscription, click Cancel subscription.
3. The window shows until when the license stays active. Confirm with Cancel subscription (or keep the subscription with Keep subscription).

What happens after canceling

• No further payments are taken.
• The license stays active until the end of the period already paid, then expires. The date appears on the subscription, under Ends on.
• After expiry, the channels on that server stop. The configuration stays on the server; if you subscribe again, you find it untouched.
• Invoices remain available under Billing → Invoices.

Better than canceling

• Changing servers? Do not cancel — move the license: Moving the license to another server.
• Having a technical problem? Open a ticket; most of the time we solve it quickly.
